Salt Cured Ham Question About Salt Cured Ham?

Question about salt cured ham? - salt cured ham

I bought a "salt of the ham for some time a grocery store. It's the kind of ham they were wrapped in a cloth bag and hung there, not in the freezer or anything, just room temperature. I had much of the past, where he shortens the time in my fridge for a few months, my question is: is it still good? My understanding is that the meat will not perish, even room temperature, because of salt.

If it is a salt of sausages, meats, as before is good. The outer layers may be green, but the flesh beneath the crust is very good. Simply cut off. Before refrigeration, meat was cured in this way and lasted for months.

is good, the meat spoil if not opened.

Once it's cut) (Cut, there are other possibilities that can go wrong. but since he has been kept in the refrigerator, should be good.

but the smell before tasting.
