I saw the curtains in a pop-up van and ordered a cursor, like with a cord and a button, the curtain rose and slid close to it.I like he know made.They loop with Velcro closure somehow.

Sorry, but I can not understand what they look like from your description. The first link below has some basic instructions for the caravan to sew curtains, but for someone not very familiar with sewing.
Second link is for a company that sold replacement curtains pop-ups.
You want to go in May, JoAnn fabrics and looking through books curtain models. It is possible that you can edit a model to their needs. It seems that it does not have your run-of-work truck curtains, then maybe you have seen, were based on a model of the regular curtain.
